How to make chicken rice??

Today I want to share recipe to make delicious chicken rice.I hope you all can try this recipe,because this recipe is from famous amos blog named http://kuali.com/recipes/view.aspx?r=3214.In this blog,you can find variety of recipes that you want and you can learn to make the recipe step by step,watch video and measurement converter.This blog is very good for woman who do not know to cook.

Ingredients

· 1 chicken, about 1.2-1.5kg

· 1-1½ tsp sesame oil

· 1 tsp light soy sauce

· 2 cups (300g) rice, rinsed and drained

· 1 tbsp oil

· 1 tbsp margarine

· 3 cloves garlic, chopped

· 4cm knob ginger, lightly smashed

· 2 screwpine leaves, shredded and knotted

· 1 piece chicken stock cube

· 1 tsp salt

· 1½ tsp sugar or to taste

Method

Bring just enough water to a boil in a large stock pot (water is just enough to cover the chicken). Once the water boils, put in the chicken then turn down the heat to low. Cook covered for about 10 minutes. Turn off the flame and leave the chicken in the water for about 35-40 minutes. Take the chicken out and immerse in a basin of cold water for 15 minutes. Remove chicken and hang up for a while.

Brush the chicken with combined sesame oil and light soy sauce mixture. Chop chicken into serving pieces and return the chicken feet and neck portion to the chicken stock to boil.

Heat oil and margarine in a wok and fry garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add rice and stir-fry well. Transfer rice to an electric rice cooker. Add enough chicken soup stock. Put in screwpine leaves, chicken stock cube, salt and sugar. Cook until rice is done. Stand for 10 minutes before serving rice with the prepared chicken.

Hello everyone,In this entry,I want to share for all of you my favourite main dish,appetizers,drinks and desserts.To be honestly,I love to eat so much..Although,my body not classified in the "obese",but I like eat..When I form 3,my senior in school call me as a"GARBAGE STOMACH",because I can receive all food.I'm not the type too prefer food.I will eat anything,except meat.From I Primary School,I don't like to eat meat.I don't know why it can be like that..he...he.=)

Back to my favourite,Firstly, I Want to share my favourite Main Dish is a "chicken rice".I was a big fan for chicken rice.In college,I always buy chicken rice and do the comparing which one shop that cooked chicken rice more delicious and awesome.But,They cannot beat my mother cooking.

Secondly,My favourite appetizers is eat sweets food, because it is a sunnah our Prophet,Muhammad S.AW. I like eat Dates.It is not food in Ramadhan only,but It can eat anytime.It's also the best fruit in the world and the price is cheapest.I also can eat many because the fruits can easily buy and it's also small size.Many company create a new recipe for dates such as chocolate dates,strawberry,nuts,fruit,and e.t.c.The children can like dates with the many flavors.I can also choose many brands,for example,Yusoff Taiyoob,Mariami,and many more..

Thirdly,My favourite drinks is a watermelon juice.It is very delicious and I can feel fresh when I drink.I prefer to do it ,from buy in the store.I can drink as much as I want.When I back in village,My mother always do it for me.And it's very delicious and yummy.

Fourthly,My favourite desserts is a cake.I like eat chocolate cake.But,I can accept all the flavors of cake.When my Birthday,my housemates in college,celebrated My Birthday with Rainbow cake.It is a popular cake in this year.I'm very happy and the taste of cake is very unique and various flavor.My sister is very like bakes cake.If I have free time,I learn to make cake from my sister.And the results,I can bakes a 3 flavors cake.Such as,zebra cake,batik cake and my favourite,chocolate cake.I dreams to eat cake that have many kit-kat and smarties in the cake.Insha Allah it will be come true.

MY CLASSMATE..

In The Name Of Allah,The Most Gracious And The Most Merciful..

     Hello everyone,in this entry I want to share about my classmate..I studied in Selangor International Islamic University College and I take diploma in Islamic Studies (syariah).In my class, there are 19 students.Iam very happy have a classmates who likes to help and very kind person.Iam very grateful  further my studies in Kuis because I met my classmates who is very happy and high class thinking.

       In my class,I close with a friend, named,Nur Fasihah BT Muslim.We always go class,eat and go to the mosque together.She is live in Kajang,Selangor.Furthermore,she is very like calling me "baby",and I always ask her why did she call me "baby"?she say she like calling "baby" with whom she had befriended.It's very funny.I always share my problem with her.She is a good listener.Although,we just introduce each other for about a month,we understanding between each other.her favourite food is vegetable soup.and she likes run when the class will started.Iam very happy with her and I hope our friendsip stay  forever..XOXO.

                                                                     

My Best Friend

want to share about my best friends .I'am sure that all of you have friends.we needs friends in life that can be a supporter when we  in easy and hard situation.Friends can also remind and critize us when we do wrong.This is a good friend that we need.My best friend is a Noor Syafawati Binti Zainuri.She is a my best friend when I form1 until form 5.We studied  in SABK MAAHAD EHYAK DINIAH ISLAMIAH IN KG.GAJAH.She is very beautiful and very friendly .Morever,she's loved by all her friends and teachers.She is also a Vice Chairman Of The Prefect Resource Centre.The first time I meet her during the orientation session .she's a person who likes smile and laugh.I always happy and enjoying when with her.Beside that,she is also excellent in Arabic subject and always get A in each examination.We love reading Al-quran and singing together.We keep in touch until now even though we are far apart.She took STAM in Kuala Kangsar while I in Kuis. Although  far apart,I still love and miss her.We keep in touch in via sms or call when we have free time.I think that's all for today and see you in next entry.XOXO..

My name is Nur Syafiqah binti Azmi. I am 18 years old and live at Teluk Intan Perak. I have four siblings and I love them so much. After I finished High School,I further my study in college for about three years. I was majoring in Syariah. I am a junior  in Selangor International Islamic University College (KUIS). Everyone can agree that I am a good student and I like reading book so much. My favourite subjects are preparatory english. I am going to the college because I get the course that I want to take.

I can say that I am a responsible and a hard-working student. Moreover, being a sociable person, I have many friends since I like to communicate with people and get to know new interesting individuals. I enjoy my life in college and  it is really nice to study and the students are very friendly and ready to help. I like to receive and deal with challenging tasks. I am a very enthusiastic student and I think this is a strong point of me.

My friends say that I am a very funny and an interesting girl with a good sense of humor. As soon as I meet new people who are happy to meet me, I feel extremely comfortable with them. I believe that friendship is one of the most important values in human life. We exchange new ideas, find many interesting things about each other and experience new things. I appreciate friendship and people who surround me.
